Why I love Cooking

My father is a great cook and each time he cooks since I was young, I always observe him. He is the reason why I always dreamed of having my own restaurant. At 20 years old, I did put up my own restaurant and named it Refuel. I was not that confident to cook but because of my father and my restaurant's chef/cook - I learned a lot.

My motivation was my father (from my father's teaching) - I need to learn all the recipes. I asked him why.. this was his answer:

"What will you do if your cook is absent, will you just let your customers go away because you can't serve him anything?"...

He's right so I learned each and every recipe I had. I enjoy cooking, I love cooking..
